Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

Delivery estimate

The current delivery estimate is approximately 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Timing can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and local requirements, so this estimate is not a delivery guarantee.

Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking events can take 1 to 2 days to appear. Shipments can be checked on 17TRACK.

Changes before dispatch

Contact JR-VAPE as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address. Changes can only be considered before dispatch. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, address changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
