Refunds
You can cancel your order or change the shipping address at any time before shipment. However, once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund or change the address.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please send the relevant evidence to support@sisakphoto.com. We will send you a replacement product after confirmation. Please note that no refund for the device will be issued after the order has been shipped.
Returns
We do not accept returns of devices. If you receive a defective product, please send the relevant evidence to support@sisakphoto.com. After confirmation, we can send you a replacement product. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for any device orders.
Missing Orders
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us by email. We will verify the issue, and after confirmation, we will send you a new order.
