Refunds
You can cancel your order or change the shipping address at any time before shipment. We will charge a fee based on order processing. However, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please send relevant evidence to jr-vape@jr-vape.com or WhatsApp +15580162830. We will send you a replacement product after confirmation. Please note that the device fee will not be refunded after the order is shipped.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us by email. We will fix the problem and send you a new order after confirmation.
